My name is Alyssa and I am a Wisconsin native! I live just outside of Madison. I got married in July of 2019. Together we have a 4 year old pup named Lucky!

Beachbody first came across my radar in January of 2018 thanks to Shakeology! I was on the search for a quick healthy breakfast. I tried many different brands, but this one was different. Although it's not a meal replacement shakes, it didn't make my stomach upset and it actually helped it feel better.

After trying Shakeology, I looked into the rest of the company and fell in love with their programs and other products. The rest is history!
